Brrrr!

Another February, another polar vortex. While the weather is face-numbingly cold right now, the sun is rising higher in the sky and we are closer to spring each day. And no amount of cold can stop the energetic shift from the quietness of winter to the vibrancy of spring.  

Are you craving a change? Wanting to try something different? Why not explore a yoga class outside of your usual fare. If you're looking to up the energy level, why not try Rise & Flow or Vinyasa Flow? Maybe you're returning to your mat after a long break - Hatha yoga is a great starting point? Interested in meditation? Bliss Out is the class for you. Whatever you're looking for, chances are we have a class for that.

Reset & Reconnect

Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious or out of balance? Spend 7 days with Isabel and rekindle the relationship with your true and highest self. Each day you will receive a meditation and yoga practice, along with a journaling prompt - all designed to realign a specific chakra.

This workshop is happening in a closed Facebook group as well as on Zoom. A 1-hour video will uploaded daily at 9:00am and you can practice then or at a time that works for your schedule. All experience levels are welcome.
