And we're back

Welcome Back!

After a restful break, we are back and ready to join you on the mat. As we leave 2020 behind and step into the new year, it is comforting to know that our yoga mat will is always there for us, no matter how long we've been away from it. And while our classes won't be in person for a little while longer, we can still meet each other online and share a smile and a laugh with our yoga pals.


Yoga for Empaths

Wednesdays 7:15 to 8:30 pm with Kyra

Are you an empath who spends a lot of your time taking care of others? Helping is an empath's prime directive and it gives us a tremendous sense of fulfillment. Because being empathic is more about our emotion and spiritual selves, we often forget that our physical bodies need attention too. Drawing on a variety of yoga styles, we'll reconnect with the physicality of our human form and create a sold, grounded foundation. All experience levels welcome.

Yoga for Pain Care

Saturdays 11:15am to 12:45pm with Amanda.

This gentle yoga class combines pain science with mindful movements and breathing practices that have been proven to be effective tools in pain management. You will gain valuable insight of your unique pain experience which will help you to move with more ease and build resiliency in your daily life. All experience levels welcome.
