Our Doors are Fully Open!

Starting Monday, July 5, we are increasing the number of in-studio mat places to 7!

However, we’re not throwing all the rules out the window yet. We feel it’s important to take things slowly and see how everything unfolds over the next month. Here's how the studio will look:

  • All mat spaces are marked and are 1.5 m apart.
  • Masks are no longer mandatory when entering and exiting the studio. However, if you are more comfortable doing so, we support you.
  • Please ask before hugging. 
  • Teachers will not be offering hands-on adjustments.
  • Class registrations and cancellations continue to be done online.
  • No drop-ins at this time.

To give ourselves a break from the screen, most of our classes will be in-studio only. 


Baby on the Way?

Join Isabel for this gentle and nourishing session to help you feel more comfortable as your pregnancy progresses and help prepare you for birth. In addition to supportive asana practice, classes include pelvic floor exercises, sound therapy for labour, breathing techniques and relaxation.
