Mom & Baby Barre

Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout; engaging the muscles that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

Babies can be worn in a carrier or stroller, whichever works best for you.  This class is accessible to all fitness level and safe for new moms, with doctor clearance. Babies and toddlers of all ages welcome.

Barre is a full-body, form-focused workout that harnesses the power of tiny isometric movements and extended holds to sculpt & strengthen you from your very core. A combo of pilates, yoga, and ballet, you'll contract the muscles in small movements for several repetitions AND use resistance bands & exercise balls to keep your body moving and your muscles guessing. Brave the burn - the stronger you get, the more your body will be energized 'round the clock." No experience necessary.
