Barre is a full-body, form-focused workout that harnesses the power of tiny isometric movements and extended holds to sculpt & strengthen you from your very core. A combo of pilates, yoga, and ballet, you'll contract the muscles in small movements for several repetitions AND use resistance bands & exercise balls to keep your body moving and your muscles guessing. Brave the burn - the stronger you get, the more your body will be energized 'round the clock." No experience necessary.
