Welcome to our cozy studio!
We are so happy to have you join us. To ensure that your experience is a pleasure for you and those around you, here are a few things to help you get acquainted.
Proof of vaccination required
To continue doing our part in keeping everyone healthy and safe, we are following the Restrictions Exemption Program.
To attend classes and workshops at the studio, you must provide one of the following: proof of double vaccination, medical exemption documentation or proof of a privately-paid negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of service.
About our classes
All of our classes are open to all levels of yoga experience. However, if you are brand new to yoga, you might not want to start with a flow class. It is helpful to learn the foundational poses first, Beginner Hatha, Friday Unwind and S.O.S. are great classes to start with.
Most importantly, remember that this your practice! We encourage you to approach it with gratitude and patience. Please respect your body's needs and go at your own pace. It's always okay to take a break and rest on your mat when needs be.
