Welcome to our cozy studio!
We are so happy to have you join us. To ensure that your experience is a pleasure for you and those around you, here are a few things to help you get acquainted.
About our classes
All of our classes are open to all levels of yoga experience. However, if you are brand new to yoga, you might not want to start with a flow class. It is helpful to learn the foundational poses first, Yoga Explorations, Mid-Week Stress Release and S.O.S. are great classes to start with.
Most importantly, remember that this your practice! We encourage you to approach it with gratitude and patience. Please respect your body's needs and go at your own pace. It's always okay to take a break and rest on your mat when needs be.
Registering for a class
Registration is done online, up to 60 minutes before the class start time.
Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to the start time by clicking the link in your confirmation email. No refunds or class credits are issued if you register but do not attend.
Late comers will not be admitted. The door will be locked at the beginning of each class. Please do not knock on the window or door.
No drop-ins permitted. If the class you want to register for is not listed, it is full. Please don't show up at the studio; you will not be able to join the class.
Arriving at the studio
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Masks are no longer required for entering and exiting the studio. We support you if do decide to wear a mask.
Parking is available along both sides of 112 Avenue, with the following restrictions:
North side: no parking Monday to Friday 7:00 to 8:30 am
South side: no parking Monday to Friday 4:30 to 6:00pm
Please bring your mat and any props you like to use. Our capacity is 7 mats.
Hands-on adjustments are not offered at this time. We do provide a variety of verbal cues and demonstrate modifications. Please don't hesitiate to ask for clarification or an alternative.
